ATTY. TITUS B. VILLANUEVA
Atty. Titus B. Villanueva is the President of TBV IMPEX. He is the former centennial Customs Commissioner with 41 years of service as a career official of the Bureau of Customs and is acknowledged as an expert on Customs matters. He is a licensed Customs Broker, Lawyer and CPA, who has practiced extensively all of these professions while running various brokerages. He is now concentrating his efforts towards overseeing the daily operations of TBV IMPEX. ATTY. MARCUS AURELIUS VILLANUEVA
He is a graduate of the Philippine Science High School and later earned a degree in Business Administration from UP. After earning his law degree and passing the Bar in 2005 he has practiced Customs Law full time while helping run the Brokerages. Should there be any legal issues that will arise with your shipments, Atty Bong will be in the Front Line representing our clients with the Bureau of Customs
ATTY. Frederico Quevedo
Eric finished his Electrical engineering degree and Law degree from the University of the Philippines and has decades of experience in Corporate and Labor Law before joining our Legal Team
Juanito Salvo Jr.
He is a graduate of BS Biology and Bachelor of Laws. He has been helping us with our legal cases since the start of our Brokerages 2 decades ago.

TESSA VILLANUEVA, MD, LCB
She is a graduate of the UP College of Medicine via the INTARMED PROGRAM. In 2013 she joined the TBV staff and earned her degree in Customs Administration 3 years later. In 2019 she passed the Custom's Broker's Licensure Examination placing in the Top 11th spot. She is now working full time as the General Manager.
Karen Maristaza, LCB
She is our head Customs Broker with 2 decades of experience having joined our brokerages since 1996. She is now working full time in TBV Impex supervising our staff of Customs Brokers and personally facilitating the release of our Clients shipments.
Nemesio Blancaflor Jr. LCB
"Nems" joined our Staff 3 years ago after graduating from Philippine Maritime Institute and earning his license as a Customs Broker in the same year. He has proven himself invaluable as our head Customs Representative.
KARL JULIUS RECTO
Karl graduated from the Philippine Maritime Institute with a degree in Customs Administration in 2016 and has since worked full time in TBV impex as one of our Customs Representatives.
MELITO MARAMAG
"Lito" has been working full time as a Customs Representive in our Brokerages since 4 decades ago. For the past 10 years however, he has concentrated all his efforts to streamlining our TBV Impex operations.
JOHN JOSHUA CRUZ
Jay is also a Customs Administration Graduate from Philippine Maritime Institute. He works full time as one of our Customs Representatives.

Mr. LLopis is the Head of our In House accounting team since the onset of our company.
Teresita C. Villanueva, MD
She is the assistant Head of Accounting and the Vice President of TBV impex. She is a graduate of the UP College of Medicine but after 10 years of active medical practice she has devoted herself full-time with running various successful Family owned Businesses. For the last 5 years however, she has concentrated her efforts in supervising the accounts division of our company.
Helen Ardeño
Since graduating with a degree in Accountancy in 1999, Helen has accumulated 2 decades of experience as Accounts Head of several companies. In 2015 Helen joined TBV impex as a full-time staff and has been a loyal asset to our company.
Rosemarie Ibias
"Baby" is our In-House Senior Finance Officer. She graduated with a degree in Management in 2000 and has almost 15 years of experience as a small business entrepreneur before she joined our staff 4 years ago.
Jennifer Mendoza
"Jin" has a BS Education degree from Philippine Normal College. She is now our full-time Junior Finance Officer.

To expedite the processing of documents and release of shipments we employ a bevy of Utilities staff and Dispatchers to ensure that no time is wasted and each step of the processing is done concurrently. This is our way of ensuring that each shipment is released at the soonest possible time and utilizing the most cost-effective procedure.
